HAPPY BANK HOLIDAY!!

I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas and ate their own body weight in chocolate.. I know I definitely did haha! Ohh and for any of you guys who don't follow me on Instagram (@amyhallimond) our family had some amazing news on Christmas Day, my beautiful mama got engaged to her partner, YAYYYY!! So that made our day even more special and one we'll definitely never forget!

Lets talk clothes.. This amazing ball of fur was another one of my goodies from Camden Market and I'm equally as obsessed with it as the other jacket I also found that day which you can see worn here in my previous blog post. Okay so we might not have had the coldest winter to date up to now here in England, but it's still definitely 'layer' worthy and no cold weathers going to stop me from wearing my thin strap sparkly tops (even if I am just popping to the shops), so there really is no better time to start having fun and experimenting with different layers!

Lastly I decided to finish up this look and add a bit of SASS with my leopard print booties, a hat and this statement bag.

Men Love Mystery

Dress - Motel Rocks | Cardigan - Rat & Boa | Shoes - Asos | Necklaces - Shop Little O / Saint Boutique | Hat - Asos | Rings - Boho Moon

So Christmas is definitely going to be a lot different for me this year and to tell you the truth I wasn't massively excited and ready to start celebrating Christmas all that much at the beginning of this month.. so what better way to take your mind of all the Christmas madness than booking a last minute holiday to somewhere sunny with one of your fave GALS to take your mind of it all! I think sat on sun bed drinking cocktails under the beautiful sunshine definitely did the job and now I'm back and after having them most amazing time, making unbelievable memories with some amazing people.. I'm definitely ready start celebrating! (I'm currently sat here writing this blog post whilst drinking mulled wine, blasting Christmas songs and getting my groove on hahha.. I'd say I'm pretty damn festive right now!)

I've got a few outfit pictures taken on my holiday which I'll be doing some blog posts on, along with some gift guides and a review on the Irresistible Me hair extensions so stay tuned for a lot more posts now I'm back!!

I've had this Motel dress for a while now and its still one of my all time favourites and looked even more amazing with this fabulous Rat & Boa cardi! Ohh and how beautiful is this mac lipstick? Loving this purple colour and if anybody's interested its called 'Men Love Mystery'.

Playsuit - Luxemme | Tartan Jacket - Rihanna for River Island (old) | Hat - Asos | Fishnet Socks - eBay | Trainers - Nike

How amazzzzzing is this playsuit? I'm completely obsessed with the lace detail and the back of this little beauty.. it's definitely a great piece to add to my wardrobe for the upcoming party season!! I also love how versatile this playsuit is as you could pair it with some statement heels,  delicate jewellery, a dressy clutch bag (but not In my case because I'd lose it haha!) and your ready to strut your stuff at the next party or you could also take a more casual approach to this playsuit as I've showed in the above pictures and strut your stuff down your local high street.

So if you want to get your hands on this baby or are wondering where its from, you can find it in the limited edition range at the online clothing store luxemme who sell the most beautiful pieces of clothing including one off limited edition pieces like this playsuit each month. Halloween Costume

Top (scarf) - Primark | Head scarf - TJ Huges | Bottoms - Barefoot in the Park | Head Chains - Primark | Hair ties - Topshop | Belts - Charity Shop | Gold Cuff - Topshop | Gold chain arm bracelet - Primark | Shoes - Egypt
Ahhh who's excited for Halloween??! Not long now!!

First of all can anyone guess what I am? (I really hope at least one person guesses right or I definitely wasted two hours of my life yesterday haha!) So It's always fun to have an excuse to dress up, go abit crazy and have a night out right?..  Anyway every year I always end up going as some sort of dead person which usually involves a lot of fake blood and some extreme back combing!! However this year I wanted to have a lot more fun with my costume and go for something that was a bit different but also had an element of style to it while still being kinda scary at the same time.. So after combining those three characteristics together I came up with the idea of a demented fortune teller.. Did anybody guess right?

So I hope this post was helpful and could possibly be an idea for anyone still undecided on what to dress up.
Have a fab Halloween everyone!!
